Responsibilities
Provide technical and process support at two facilities in East Moline, IL and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
Directly responsible for the environmental compliance programs for the facilities including Stormwater, Wastewater Treatment, Waste Management, Chemical Management, and CFC Program
Collect, analyze, and report environmental data related to compliance and sustainability for the facility
Directly responsible for the facility ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements
Respond and mitigate emergency situations at the facility inside or outside of normal business hours
Qualification
Required
Experience with environmental compliance at the site level
An effective communicator with the ability to communicate to factory leadership and production workforce
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field
Preferred
Experience creating and/or updating environmental plans, permits and standard operating procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Experience working with environmental management systems and ISO 14001:2015 certification
