Responsibilities
Oversee fully delegated networks for network adequacy
Ensure compliance with credentialing industry standards
Manage provider network focused systems and data accuracy
Lead operationalization of provider data management systems
Drive continuous satisfaction and relations with providers
Prepare for and meet URAC standards for VA/DoD Health Networks
Analyze and implement quality improvement processes
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
10+ years in diverse health care administration
5+ years in Managed Care Operations
Strong provider data management experience
5 years managing provider network credentialing and contracting
Must be a U.S. citizen with favorable DOD background check
