Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with clients and end users
Administer SFCC including products, promotions, coupons, gift cards, tax, security, and site merchandising
Ensure data accuracy through uploads, validation, and cleansing
Support release planning, scope definition, and prioritization
Troubleshoot production issues and provide internal support
Lead UAT and regression testing; manage defect prioritization and retesting
Train business users to manage and operate the storefront
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware)
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with clients and end users
