10+ years in production-grade Enterprise SaaS and AI/ML
Deep expertise in distributed systems and hardware/IoT data
Ability to own the technical vision and ship the end-to-end MVP
Experience transitioning from solo-coding to leading a global engineering team
Experience with real-time AI analytics for complex UWB/BLE & biometric streams
Experience with low-latency Kubernetes architecture and high-velocity pipelines
Experience in automating facility responses and adaptive safety controls
Engineering for HIPAA/GDPR/ISO compliance from day one
