Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Attend and participate in court conferences and related proceedings
Maintain billable hours at the required 1800 hours/year benchmark
Qualification
Required
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Active DE and NJ bar admissions (both required)
