Associate Account Executive

Lands' End is seeking an Associate Account Executive (AAE) to support the Account Executive by managing day-to-day sales activities and client engagement. This role focuses on account management execution, sales support, and pipeline assistance to ensure a positive client experience while enabling the Account Executive to concentrate on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

Support assigned accounts by assisting with ongoing client communication, follow-ups, and requests
Help maintain strong relationships through consistent touchpoints and responsiveness
Assist with order coordination, program updates, and issue resolution in partnership with Sales Operations
Ensure clients receive timely information related to products, timelines, and program execution
Assist the Account Executive with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support
Support scheduled outreach and engagement aligned to the Account Executive’s priorities
Help coordinate and schedule meetings, including, reviews and check-ins
Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the Account Executive to pursue
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
Ability to consistently and accurately document opportunities and track each stage of the sales process in the CRM
Assist with preparing materials related to opportunities, quotes, and account reviews
Partner with Sales Operations to support:
Order setup and execution
Program launches and changes
Client-specific processes and reporting
Act as a reliable connection point between the Account Executive, Sales Ops, and other Cross Functional Partners
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking
Support reporting needs related to account activity and pipeline
Ensure consistency and organization across assigned accounts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfort working in CRM systems and cross-functional environments
Interest in developing within a sales or account management career path

Preferred

Professional certifications are a plus
