Responsibilities
Capture and analyze complete customer requirements and deliver system requirements analysis
Develop PODS system design (mechanization, software, components, and interfaces)
Serve as technical interface with customers and internal product teams
Manage system verification and validation (bench, vehicle, IT&V testing)
Support reuse of common OCS architectures and escalate exceptions as needed
Act as final technical approver for internal peer reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing and validating Passenger Occupant Detection Systems (PODS)
Ability to capture and analyze complete customer requirements
Experience in delivering system requirements analysis
Proficiency in developing system design including mechanization, software, components, and interfaces
Experience serving as a technical interface with customers and internal product teams
Ability to manage system verification and validation including bench, vehicle, and IT&V testing
Experience supporting reuse of common OCS architectures
Ability to act as final technical approver for internal peer reviews
Familiarity with requirements & lifecycle tools such as Polarion, DOORS, JIRA, GES
Experience with testing & validation tools such as Vector CANoe, PDAQ, Saint, SWIT
