Responsibilities
Handle general maintenance and updates in FlexPLM
Input all fabric specifications in PLM
Create styles & SKUs in the system
Update Bill of Materials
Create line sheets for designs and update as needed
Support production and design teams with data entry
Ensure accurate processing of information
Communicate cross functionally to ensure all teams have the same data
Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders
Track and send packages as needed
Check in seasonal submits and track all quality and color approvals
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree
Must be skilled with PLM from a corporate/ fashion role
Interest in fashion from the operational/ production side
Strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to multi-task
Strong written and communication skills
