Responsibilities
Identify key learnings from your analysis and synthesize them into recommendations for stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other PADI data scientists to incorporate support findings into relevant major analyses and franchise beats
Conduct data analysis as requested for stakeholder groups across Marketing and Consumer Products, including understanding ROI of out-of-game initiatives and optimizing for in-game metrics
Be self-driven and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data
Maintain dashboards in Power BI that enable stakeholders to understand the business and supporting onboarding to other self-service tools
Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in data analytics
5 years of experience with SQL
5 years of experience with dashboarding tools, Power BI
proficient in Python
Preferred
familiar with Spark SQL
familiar with Databricks
familiar with Azure Data Explorer
familiar with PySpark
interest in games
experience in the gaming industry
