AI‑First Transformation - Intern (Undergraduate – Summer Internship)
IBM’s AI-First Transformation organization is redefining how a global enterprise operates in an agentic AI era. The AI First Transformation Intern will support storytelling and experience-building efforts across AI initiatives, focusing on designing visual assets and producing engaging media for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
Design visual assets (presentations, graphics, infographics, short videos, etc.)
Produce clear and engaging media that explains AI‑First concepts to non‑technical audiences
Support development of program branding, and communication/eminence campaigns
Help gather user insights and translate them into communication and eminence recommendations
Improve the usability and visual clarity of internal materials
Contribute to the design of learning and engagement experiences across AI‑First programs
Assist with editing and organizing content for internal workshops, team sessions, and learning modules
Participate in team meetings and workshops
Conduct research to support best practices and creativity
Partner with teams to help shape the narrative and experience of the AI‑First Transformation and Eminence initiatives
Qualification
Required
You are a high-performing undergraduate candidate drawn to the intersection of AI, strategy, product, and enterprise transformation
You communicate with structure, clarity, and executive-level precision
You understand how systems, people, and technology interact
You operate with high ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for impact
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
AI, automation, or workflow modernization
