Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, high‑quality customer service to all existing customers and clients
Manage inbound sales and general customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Process and enter sales orders efficiently and in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve order‑related issues, including delays, credits, and returns
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, warehouse, and purchasing—to support smooth operations
Proactively sell to and expand an existing portfolio of accounts
Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador with a strong understanding of our products and their specifications
Provide comprehensive sales support to the outside sales team
Qualification
Required
