Responsibilities

Prepare, deploy, and refresh PCs for Client Technology engineers
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; repair or reimage devices
Conduct OS upgrades, software installations, and security patching
Install custom hardware and specialized software as required
Identify software needs per business unit
Package applications and load into Software Center
Develop scripting to automate installations
Test packages and scripts for accuracy and reliability
Provide technical input to refresh processes and tool improvements

Qualification

PC troubleshootingReimaging PCsHardware customizationDell certificationSoftware packagingTechnical inputScripting for automation

Required

Dell certification (must be completed within 3 months if not already held)
2–4 years' experience in similar PC support / IMAC / hardware roles
Strong PC troubleshooting (hardware + software)
Reimaging PCs with custom software
Hardware customization (e.g., RAM upgrades)
Ability to apply, verify, and validate updates & security patches

Preferred

Associate degree preferred (not mandatory)
