Responsibilities
Partner with physician leaders and system executives to drive operational excellence, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient experience across a multi-site, multi-specialty platform
Support the strategic direction of both the region and the health system
Build and maintain provider relationships and enhance the current team infrastructure to support continued growth and expansion
Lead two distinct regions in the Southeastern United States
Travel within the southeastern market will be required for this interim role
Demonstrate a track record of leading multispecialty practice operations in multiple clinic locations with expertise in physician integration, performance optimization, and operational efficiencies
Build strong provider relationships, support data driven decision-making, and have experience driving operational efficiencies
Serve in a supportive role to direct reports to enhance skillsets and identify opportunities for professional growth and development
