Responsibilities
Assist in the review, implementation, and tracking of Rule 10b5-1 trading plans for executives
Host bi-weekly "office hours" to answer employee questions regarding trading windows, blackout periods, and general policy compliance
Weekly retrieval, scanning, and processing of physical legal correspondence; ensure proper distribution to stakeholders and filing in the digital records system
Serve as the initial point of contact for the Corporate Legal team; monitor the central legal inbox or ticketing system, assess incoming inquiries from cross-functional teams, and route matters to the appropriate attorney or subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience as a paralegal
Experience with 10b5-1 Plans: ability to assist in the review, implementation, and tracking of Rule 10b5-1 trading plans for executives
Knowledge of Insider Trading Policy: ability to host bi-weekly 'office hours' to answer employee questions regarding trading windows, blackout periods, and general policy compliance
Skilled in Legal Mail Management: experience with weekly retrieval, scanning, and processing of physical legal correspondence; ensure proper distribution to stakeholders and filing in the digital records system
Skilled in Team Intake & Triage: ability to serve as the initial point of contact for the Corporate Legal team; monitor the central legal inbox or ticketing system, assess incoming inquiries from cross-functional teams, and route matters to the appropriate attorney or subject matter expert
Candidates must be able to work full-time
The work will be performed on-site in San Francisco
Candidates will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
