SDR Manager
Cornerstone RPO is in growth mode and is building a Lead Gen and SDR machine to scale the company. The SDR Manager will lead a team to generate high-quality meetings that convert into new customers, focusing on pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Leading an SDR Team
Build and develop a team that will consistently generate high-quality meetings that convert into new customers
Design outbound processes
Implement best-in-class tools
Coach for quality engagement
Drive a data-backed culture of outbound excellence
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 1–3 years leading or managing an outbound SDR or business development team for a technology or SaaS product
Proven track record of coaching SDRs to hit and exceed outbound goals
Experience with sales engagement and CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
