Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
Translate business needs, user feedback, and market insights into epics, features, and user stories
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with the Scrum Master
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
Make trade-off decisions balancing scope, timeline, quality, and business value
Accept completed work based on defined acceptance criteria
Gather and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to inform decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Preferred
CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard)
Experience in [industry: SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, oil & gas, etc.]
