Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for Google Fiber, collaborating directly with client stakeholders to deliver exceptional CRM solutions

Orchestrate distributed development teams across global locations using an effective onsite-offshore engagement model

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical implementation

Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, scope definitions, and implementation roadmaps

Expert-level knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionality, including integrations with external systems

Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience working in cross-functional teams comprising both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, or Project Manager)
