Responsibilities
Provide IT support and functional analysis across Accounting, HR, Purchasing, and/or Inventory systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and optimize system processes
Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless coverage and continuity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
5 years of Business Analyst experience in software systems design, process analysis/re-engineering, project leadership, and user contact
2 years of experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle
Hands-on experience supporting Accounting, HR, Purchasing, or Inventory systems
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications is a must
Experience in creating process flow diagrams, functional designs, user guides, and training materials
Experience assisting with software testing activities to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and upgrades
Strong functional and analytical skills with a solid IT background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Provide IT support and functional analysis across Accounting, HR, Purchasing, and/or Inventory systems
