Architectural Project Manager
KCG Companies is a leading vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm specializing in the development of sustainable multifamily housing. The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising a development project from inception through construction completion, including preparing site plans and construction documents.

Responsibilities
Manage Multiple Projects
Preparation of Drawings for various levels of Design as required
Lead Weekly Design Calls for each project
Collaborate with Development and Construction to coordinate project schedules deliverables
Prepare and Communicate Project Objectives
QA/QC Drawing Review
Contribute to and Maintain Design Standards
Qualification
Required
Degree in Architecture or a similar field
8 years min experience
Experience in Multi-Family Residential Projects, preferably with LIHTC
In Depth Knowledge of Fair Housing and other Accessibility Requirements
AutoCAD, Sketchup and/or REVIT abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with a team of professionals across various disciplines
Professional and positive interaction with subordinates, peers, and supervisors
Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative working relationship with all employees
Ability to recognize and manage priorities
Demonstrate good judgement in reporting and solving issues
Exhibit a 'Can Do' Attitude
Function independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating good planning skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Show initiative in taking on additional responsibilities as schedule allows
