Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and implementation of HCL Commerce based ECommerce solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution design
Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards and performance optimization
Manage integrations with third-party systems, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, and ERP
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of e-commerce platforms
Drive continuous improvement through automation, code reviews, and performance tuning
Qualification
Required
HCL Commerce
12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in HCL Commerce, IBM WebSphere Commerce
Strong background in e-commerce architecture and development
Expertise in JavaJ2EE RESTful APIs and Microservices
Hands-on experience with HCL Commerce customization storefront development and server-side components
Familiarity with cloud deployment AWS, Azure, GCP and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills and written communication skills
