Wholesale Customer Service Specialist
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist to support a high-volume B2B customer base. The role involves managing order communications and delivering exceptional service for retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Manage customer service email inboxes with accurate, timely communication
Handle B2B customer inquiries, including order status, product questions, and account support
Process and manage returns, shipping labels, refunds, and order changes
Provide phone-based customer support, including order placement, payment collection, and troubleshooting
Track and monitor shipments, order fulfillment, logistics updates, and communicate with carriers
Maintain accurate customer data using multiple CRM and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
Act as a communication link between internal teams, retailers, and reps, ensuring seamless order flow
Prepare progress reports, customer forecasts, and service updates for leadership
Collaborate with team members to identify trends, process improvements, and service enhancements
Support general office tasks and jump in wherever needed-team culture is collaborative and flexible
Qualification
Required
Previous in-office customer service experience required (B2B customer service strongly preferred)
Strong order management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfort learning and retaining detailed product knowledge
Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or CRM platforms (or willingness to learn)
Professional, solutions-focused approach to customer issues
Must be comfortable in a pet-friendly office (occasional dogs onsite)
