Human Resources Intern (PN 20082313)
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is dedicated to supporting Ohioans with developmental disabilities. They are seeking a Human Resources College Intern to assist with new employee onboarding and various administrative tasks under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Create and assemble training packets/ for each new hire
Assembling onboarding packets/folders
Filing employment and personnel documentation into employee records via OnBase
Data reporting, management of various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Conduct monthly driver’s license verifications
Employee recognition: maintaining a record of employee birthdays and anniversaries
Other tasks, as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Preferred
Preferred experience or interest in Human Resources Management
