Qualification
Required
Proficiency in System Administration to efficiently manage and maintain mortgage systems
Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve system issues
Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology to ensure system connectivity and functionality
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Preferred
Familiarity with mortgage or banking systems is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
