Responsibilities
Level II Tester with 4–7 years of hands-on testing experience
4–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance , overseeing testing activities across multiple high-visibility projects with complex business and functional domains, preferably within a matrixed organizational environment
4–7 years of experience communicating test status, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership through reports and presentations
4–7 years of experience designing test plans and test cases , managing defect life cycles, and contributing to automated test development
4–7 years of experience leading functional test planning and execution , including coordination of testing phases and validation activities
4–7 years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools , such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar frameworks
4–7 years of experience using test management and defect tracking tools , including Jira, Xray Test Management, or equivalent platforms
4–7 years of experience in Java scripting or related programming languages , specifically for developing and maintaining automated test scripts
3–5 years of experience creating test metrics, dashboards, and reports using Jira or other reporting tools
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for Child Support–related applications or systems
