They are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead to own and close brand relationships with consumer, lifestyle, travel, and experience-driven companies, focusing on sourcing and closing brand partnerships in various categories.
Responsibilities
Source and close brand partnerships in categories like travel, food, lifestyle, entertainment, and experiences
Pitch Atmosfy’s value across:
Creator-led video distribution
Hyperlocal visibility
Performance-driven brand placements
Own the relationship from first conversation to signed agreement
Work closely with the founding team on deal structure, packaging, and positioning
Help shape how Atmosfy monetizes at scale with brands
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or strategic sales
Proven ability to close $1,000–$10,000+ monthly brand deals
Strong understanding of how brands think about distribution and ROI
Comfortable selling something category-defining, not pre-packaged
Clear communicator with confidence on calls
Preferred
Existing relationships with consumer brands or agencies
Experience selling into travel, lifestyle, food, or experiences
Early-stage startup experience
High ownership mindset
