Sr. Technical Writer
Worksoft empowers business and IT to deliver flawless applications faster and more efficiently. The Senior Technical Writer will create clear, concise documentation to help users understand and effectively use the company's products, collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, developer guides, release notes, and online help content
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Work closely with engineering and product teams to gather information and stay up-to-date on product changes
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all documentation
Regularly use and test Worksoft products to verify accuracy of documentation and to view updates to the product
Use SnagIt to capture screenshots for documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing
5+ years of technical writing experience
Extensive experience creating documents with Adobe FrameMaker
Extensive experience creating HTML5 help topics with MadCap Flare
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
Ability to work with multiple teams and meet delivery timelines with high-quality documentation
Preferred
Experience with SAP
Adobe Acrobat proficiency
JIRA Software experience
Atlassian Confluence experience
