Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter
KCO Resource Management is a company focused on the food and beverage manufacturing sector, seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage their own recruiting desk. The role involves business development, sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a full recruiting desk from client acquisition through placement
Proactively hunt for new business within food & beverage manufacturing through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
Conduct client discovery calls, close new job orders, and build long-term client relationships
Independently source, interview, and qualify candidates with professionalism and care
Personally manage the entire recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, submittal, interviews, offers, and placement
Recruit for roles across food & beverage manufacturing, including operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, production, and leadership
Create accurate job descriptions, job ads, and candidate submittal packages
Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Careers in Food, and additional job boards
Maintain accurate and timely records in the online recruitment system (Tracker)
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and candidates throughout the process
Maintain personal production goals tied to placements, revenue, and time-to-fill
Conduct ongoing research on target companies, hiring managers, and market trends
Attend industry conferences, conventions, and client events as requested
Contribute ideas, insight, and feedback to support the growth of the company
Operate independently while aligning with KCO’s standards, values, and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience
Demonstrated success winning new business and closing job orders
Proven ability to source and place candidates independently
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and judgment
Reputation for ethical behavior, integrity, and professionalism
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Ability to work on a supportive, positive, all remote team
Preferred
Experience recruiting within Food & Beverage Manufacturing is a HUGE PLUS or other manufacturing environments
