Required

Minimum 5+ years of international purchasing experience in IT‑critical industries such as healthcare, medical technology, software, banking, or telecom
Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Science, or equivalent experience (e.g., hospital IT, software environments)
Proven ability to lead complex software and IT procurement, including contract strategy and long‑term vendor relationship management
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, able to translate complex business and market data into clear strategic recommendations
Skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of the strategic implications of contracting decisions
Excellent project leadership capabilities, ensuring delivery to scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management standards
Strong interpersonal influence and the ability to develop cross‑cultural, global relationships and align diverse stakeholders
Strong business sense, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
