Qualification
Required
7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in backend development
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Python
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend systems and services using Python
Build Automations, APIs and integrations with third-party services
Optimize application performance and scalability
Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design
7–10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python
Strong understanding of Data Pipelines preferably using Temporal, RESTful APIs, Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Good understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers in the team
