Student Financial Services Representative - Student Financial Services
Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is looking for a Student Financial Services Representative. This role is designed to deliver student financial services to students, parents, and other customers by providing accurate information regarding financial aid and billing, and assisting with various financial services tasks.

Responsibilities
Assists students and parents with up-to-date, accurate and complete information regarding financial aid and billing related questions and transactions, signing of documents and scheduling appointments for Student Financial Services Counselors
Ensure continuity of federal work-study on-line job information
Manage correspondence from federal work study email account
Plan and organize federal work-study information provided to campus partners
Assist as needed with monthly Federal Work Study Audit process including monitoring financial aid award reports for award changes
Opening and closing of SFS Service Center
Balance and reconcile daily transactions
SFS Refund check processing
Assistance with student service activities related to account inquiries, billing adjustments, financial arrangements and federal financial records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
Office Environment (3 Years)
Microsoft Office, Payment Processing
Cash handling experience in a business setting
Preferred
Experience with PowerFAIDS
Experience in a banking environment
Ability to work well in a high volume environment
Communication, Confidentiality, Customer Service, Deadline Management, Detail-Oriented, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Prioritization, Self-Organization (Business), Sound Judgment, Teamwork
