Responsibilities
Provide development and oversight to projects in the DC while coordinating with outside contractors and other Abbott personnel
Investigate, identify, and help correct and prevent inventory discrepancies
Perform cycle count activities as needed
Perform Administrative duties as required (i.e. meetings, data collection & analysis, trend reports, month/quarter end closeout, budgets, order supplies, create purchase orders, invoice reconciliation & approvals , My Idea program, Visual Management, RCA’s, Capacity Report updates, etc.)
Communicate with Deployment, TPM, Plant QA/TPM QA, CSO, and other functional areas to assure customer needs are met in a timely manner
Perform Returns Process for returned orders
Provide backup coverage for all warehouse functions as needed
All other project work or tasks as assigned by management to meet the needs of the business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Some College or vocational schooling preferred
3-5 years of distribution and/or logistics operations
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals
Former or current CDL license
