Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of clients (approximately 20 to 30 million dollars) with full accountability for satisfaction, stability, and growth
Build and nurture senior-level client relationships and act as the primary strategic advisor and escalation point
Own financial performance for your accounts, including forecasting, P&L oversight, budgeting, and margin health
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business proposals and pitches
Partner with your leadership pod, including Delivery and Creative, to set strategy, shape the work, and ensure high-quality delivery
Guide and mentor account and project teams and contribute to talent development and a healthy, collaborative culture
Maintain high standards for quality across strategy, creative, and delivery, ensuring work is on brief, on time, and on budget
Bring clarity and calm to complex situations and help teams move confidently through ambiguity
Qualification
Required
10+ years of client leadership experience in an agency, consultancy, or similar environment
Proven experience managing large, integrated accounts and senior-level client relationships
Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L ownership, forecasting, margin management)
Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and supporting or leading new business efforts
Ability to lead through influence, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor high-performing teams
Comfort operating in a smaller, fast-moving agency where you can shape processes and help build for scale
Clear, thoughtful communication and a people-centered leadership style
