Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business requirements
Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts within ServiceNow
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems and data sources
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement HR case management, knowledge management, lifecycle events, and employee service center portals
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing HRSD solutions
Create technical documentation, system configurations, and user guides
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in the HRSD module
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience with HR case management, knowledge management, and employee lifecycle events
Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD best practices and data security standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.) is a plus
Prior experience in HR technology or enterprise HR systems
