Managing and overseeing architectural projects
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
Involved in all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to construction administration
Ensuring that projects meet quality standards, code requirements, and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction document production and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience in managing submittals and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Preferred
Experience in sustainable and energy-efficient design is a plus
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure a plus
