Outside Sales - District Sales Manager - Northern Nevada and SF Bay Area Market
Asahi America Inc. is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Northern Nevada and the San Francisco Bay area. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and providing technical and commercial support to distributors, engineers, and OEMs.

Responsibilities
Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve or exceed sales goals
Develop and grow relationships with distributors, engineers, and end users
Conduct joint sales calls, training sessions, and technical presentations
Provide commercial and technical support to secure project specifications and close orders
Manage CRM activities to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product support
Represent Asahi/America at trade shows and industry events to promote brand visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Distribution, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical or industrial sales experience, with proven success in B2B or channel sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
Preferred
Strong knowledge of plastic valves, piping systems, actuation, or fluid control technologies preferred
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
