Source new business opportunities in Technology Staffing and Solutions through a variety of strategic and tactical sales activities
Build, expand, and maintain a high-impact professional network to uncover and develop new opportunities
Qualify prospective clients through effective discovery, needs assessment, and solution alignment
Deliver compelling, consultative messaging that addresses client objections and overcomes obstacles
Negotiate, draft, and manage profitable client contract agreements that meet business and client objectives
Leverage industry expertise and market insight to help clients solve complex business challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the job fulfillment and delivery process effectively
Ensure long-term client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous value delivery

Required

Proven technology staffing sales professional with a passion for developing new client relationships
Experience in sourcing new business opportunities in Technology Staffing and Solutions through a variety of strategic and tactical sales activities
Ability to build, expand, and maintain a high-impact professional network to uncover and develop new opportunities
Experience in qualifying prospective clients through effective discovery, needs assessment, and solution alignment
Ability to deliver compelling, consultative messaging that addresses client objections and overcomes obstacles
Experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing profitable client contract agreements that meet business and client objectives
Leverage industry expertise and market insight to help clients solve complex business challenges
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive the job fulfillment and delivery process effectively
