In this role, you will support the Client Growth Analytics team by pulling, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate insights into client behavior and business performance.

Responsibilities
Pull, clean, and prepare datasets from internal data sources
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
Create dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
Assist in building lightweight Python analyses in Jupyter notebooks (e.g., descriptive statistics, data cleaning, simple models)
Document processes, data definitions, and findings for team use
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing analytics projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Interest in the financial services industry
Basic experience working with data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
Familiarity with data visualization concepts (Tableau experience preferred but not required)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal form
Offer is contingent upon successful background screening and agreement to be local to San Diego, CA Office
