Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the HPD's Quality Program
Act as advisor to business unit leadership regarding accreditation processes and outcomes
Lead monitoring and audit preparation activities for compliance with regulatory agencies
Oversight of the Delegated Oversight Department's performance compliance
Participate in national and regional committees to oversee quality and accreditation programs
Ensure compliance with standards related to clinical measurement and reporting
Develop provider education programs for outlier care practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a clinical science or related health care field required
5+ years managed care experience with knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
5+ years clinical experience required
5+ years quality management experience required
Demonstrated leadership experience in health plan operations and local delivery system
Current, valid and unrestricted licensed clinician required

Master's Degree preferred
