Responsibilities
Contractual Interpretation and Compliance: Interpret contractual terms and ensure compliance with standards, laws, and regulations
Work Order and Project Management: Write precise work orders, ensure adherence to schedules, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams
Quality and Safety Inspections: Conduct quality inspections of contract work and promptly address safety issues
Payment, Inventory, and Customer Support: Coordinate payment of invoices, manage change orders, monitor inventory, order materials, and address customer concerns
Municipal Liaison and Supervisory Roles: Work with local municipalities for permits and inspections, review final documents for accuracy, and manage duty rosters and supervisory responsibilities during out-of-hours/weekend operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
Interpret contractual terms and ensure compliance with standards, laws, and regulations
Write precise work orders, ensure adherence to schedules, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams
Conduct quality inspections of contract work and promptly address safety issues
Coordinate payment of invoices, manage change orders, monitor inventory, order materials, and address customer concerns
Work with local municipalities for permits and inspections, review final documents for accuracy, and manage duty rosters and supervisory responsibilities during out-of-hours/weekend operations
Provide expert consultation and manage contract resources in construction and digital electronics activities, ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and optimization of Outside Plant (OSP) and digital facilities
An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems
Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions
Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships
Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams
This position may be responsible for contributing to ATT compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function
