Responsibilities
Review and monitor monthly utility bills for unusual charges and upload them into the ERP system for payment processing
Prepare spreadsheet summaries of utility charges for analysis
Prepare resident utility billing spreadsheets for analysis and upload them into the ERP system
Communicate usage analysis to apartment management staff for decision making
Coordinate utility service requests between utility providers and on-site apartment management staff as needed
Coordinate water submeter repairs with maintenance staff and maintain database as needed
Review water submeter health reports and communicate results with management for decision making
Respond to resident and site team inquiries regarding water charges
Qualification
Required
Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Critical thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree
Experience working in property management
Experience working at a utility company
Familiarity with multi-family software (e.g., RealPage, Yardi or similar) or other ERP system
