Required
At least 3 years hands on experience with a customer communications management platform
Experience using a creating customer communications tool creating statements, notices, or letters of dynamic business content
Experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to engage team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements
Preferred
Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and Scalar is nice to have
Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification
