Brand Coordinator
Mallard Agency is a strategy-first creative agency focused on supporting founder-led brands. They are seeking a highly organized Brand Coordinator to support the Brand Managers and Brand Director by ensuring workflow efficiency, managing creative deployment, and facilitating client communications.
Responsibilities
Support the development, organization, and deployment of creative across paid and organic channels
Build and manage social content calendars and oversee social media management
Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and production teams
Coordinate review cycles, consolidate feedback, and ensure final assets are accurate and on-brand
Communicate with outside vendors (media buyers, production partners, printers, etc.) to ensure creative is deployed correctly and on schedule
Maintain organized documentation, assets, and internal workflows
Pull basic performance metrics and assist with light reporting
Support Brand Managers and the Brand Director during client interactions
Join calls to take notes, track action items, or provide small updates
Send light client communications (recaps, deliverables, status updates) when requested
Ensure internal teams have clarity on expectations, deadlines, and next steps
Maintain timelines, priorities, and task lists for assigned accounts
Build clean project briefs and internal communication plans based on direction from senior team members
Coordinate with creative, production, and web teams to ensure on-time delivery
Perform QA on deliverables for accuracy and brand alignment
Keep multiple accounts organized and moving, even during fast-paced or shifting workloads
Qualification
Required
1–2 years experience in marketing coordination, creative project coordination, or similar roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, concise writing skills for briefs, captions, and basic communications
Ability to follow direction, execute with precision, and maintain quality
Comfortable collaborating with designers, writers, producers, media partners, and vendors
Calm, resourceful, and dependable under pressure
Preferred
Agency experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with social media management, creative workflows, and basic analytics
