Fluency in English (spoken and written)

3–4 years of project management or project coordination experience

Proven experience working across cultures and time zones

Coordinate localization workflows across Japanese developers, English translators (U.S.), and a London-based team

Manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple entities

Support localization of video game content, including in-game text, packaging, and visual materials

Facilitate approval processes for localized content and visual assets

Serve as a primary communication bridge between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders

Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve workflows

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of localization deliverables

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
