Responsibilities
Perform various administrative assignments, tasks and reports
Work with the Pennsylvania State Parks Reservations & Revenue System (PRRS) in the collection of fees
Oversee most of the visitor service operations of the complex
Work independently on routine and non-routine jobs with minimal supervision
Perform duties in a responsible, professional manner
Assist with the preparation of park purchasing, bids, contracts and documents
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports
