Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve high-priority escalated issues related to system architecture, infrastructure, and application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and remediate complex problems
Lead efforts in system integration, automation, and deployment strategies utilizing tools like NinjaOne and custom code
Conduct system assessments including vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence analysis, and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
Strong understanding of downstream systems impacted from changes
Manage network configurations involving VPNs, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, GPOs, and load balancing techniques to optimize performance and security
Support virtualization environments such as Hyper-V; utilize scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python for automation tasks
Maintain documentation of system configurations and escalation procedures aligned with SDLC best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, and a broad range of IT technologies, including cloud platforms, networking, and security protocols
Analyze and resolve high-priority escalated issues related to system architecture, infrastructure, and application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and remediate complex problems
Lead efforts in system integration, automation, and deployment strategies utilizing tools like NinjaOne and custom code
Conduct system assessments including vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence analysis, and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
Strong understanding of downstream systems impacted from changes

Extensive knowledge of system architecture, solution architecture, and system design principles
Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud security, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and system administration across Windows/Linux platforms
Hands-on experience with Azure, virtualization
Strong understanding of active directory and Entra ID
Knowledge of security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, system hardening techniques, vulnerability assessment/management, threat intelligence frameworks
Experience with RMMs, PSAs, Backup solutions and other MSP tools
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using debugging tools across operating systems (Windows) while adhering to best practices in SDLC processes
Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities necessary for escalation management at an advanced level
