Intern, Marketing Data & Analytics
SC Johnson is a family-owned company and leading manufacturer of household products, and they are seeking a Marketing Data & Analytics Intern. In this role, you will help build analytical frameworks, evaluate performance, and support decision-making across various teams.

Responsibilities
Lead a comprehensive competitive deep dive by analyzing key competitors’ pricing, promotions, placement, product, and digital penetration (e.g., share of online sales, e-commerce visibility, digital shelf metrics – where applicable); synthesize insights into a clear competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making across the organization
Develop innovation reporting and tracking by enhancing the current innovation tracker and developing a consolidated, single source-of-truth report that enables the organization to clearly understand, measure, and communicate innovation performance, including digital adoption (where applicable) and online engagement trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Data Science in progress
Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
Preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and apply data-driven thinking
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong storytelling skills — able to explain not just what the data says, but why it matters
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a cross-functional environment
High energy and passion for driving results
A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and managing projects / deliverables
