Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
Perform L3/L4 troubleshooting for AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and enterprise services
Install, configure, and manage Hyper‑V clusters, Live-Migration, VM Replica, and S2D
Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS, and vMotion (if applicable)
Manage Failover Clustering, quorum, witness types, and Cluster‑Aware Updating
Lead data center operations including racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware deployment
Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage, RAID, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
Automate tasks using PowerShell for reporting, health monitoring, and deployments
Troubleshoot backup & restore solutions with Backup team
Implement server security baselines, patching, and compliance
Act as last‑line technical escalation (L3/L4) for major incidents and RCA
Racking (Physical Installation) & Stacking (Cabling & Arrangement) in DC
Data Center Inventory Management (Asset Tracking)
Qualification
Required
Windows Server 2012–2022 administration
Expert in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS
Hyper‑V and Failover Cluster expertise
Strong PowerShell scripting
Good understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID)
Familiar with ITIL processes
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
8–12 years of infrastructure and virtualization experience
Preferred
VMware vSphere/ESXi knowledge (preferred)
Certifications: MCSE, VMware VCP, Azure Administrator (preferred)
