Coda Search│Staffing is a leading professional services organization seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead a major enterprise HRIS implementation and optimize its HR technology landscape. This role involves partnering with HR leadership and various stakeholders to manage HR systems and ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

Own the global HRIS strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
Play a lead role in an upcoming enterprise HRIS implementation (non-Workday), including system design, vendor coordination, testing, and rollout
Manage and optimize HR systems including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, and Payroll integrations
Build and manage system integrations, APIs, and data feeds across enterprise platforms
Partner closely with Compensation on system design, data, and ongoing maintenance
Oversee HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
Serve as the HR systems subject matter expert and escalation point
Support audit readiness, compliance automation, and data security

Required

7–15 years of experience in HR systems or HRIS consulting
Big 4 / HRIS consulting background and/or in-house HRIS experience leading enterprise implementations
Hands-on experience leading or supporting full-cycle HRIS implementations in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of HR data, reporting, and system integrations
Highly polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable partnering with senior leaders, partners, and practice heads
Advanced Excel required; SQL a plus

Preferred

Experience in professional services, legal, or financial services strongly preferred
