Work strategically to improve the implementation process
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
Ability to lead discovery calls with clients
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide feedback to management
Willingness to engage customers in a helpful dialog
Knowledgeable in software implementation processes
Preferred
Experience in a SaaS software company
Background in higher education technology
Experience with syllabus management technology
