Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning
Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices
Train and mentor other technicians and service associates
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills
Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty)
Preferred
ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months – paid for by AAA)
ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred
